The other recipe I made today was No Bake Chocolate Cakes. It was in the Cupcakes, Cheesecakes & Cookies book. This is an easy recipe not requiring many ingredients at all:
5 x 60g Mars bars
50g butter
3-1/2 cups (120g) Rice Bubbles
200g milk eating chocolate, melted
Line a 12 hole standard muffin pan with paper cases.
Chop four of the Mars bars coarsely; cut remaining bar into slices.
Place chopped Mars bars in medium saucepan with butter; stir over low hear until smooth. Stir in Rice Bubbles.
Press mixture into cases, spread with chocolate; top with sliced Mars bar. Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until set.

More cooking will happen tomorrow as I'm rostered on at work for morning tea; me and the other two support class teachers. We're first up so we shall set the bar high for those who follow.
Tonight I aim to start making the backing for my niece's and nephew's quilts. Will endeavour to get a photo of these up tomorrow. (Didn't happen!!)
OHHHHHHHHHHHHH very yummy but not good for my WASTE line.LOL
